It's been a really difficult few weeks for me, with physical pain due to a small injury and elder care for a friend who is losing her independence and needs extra help. The sparkling I do is what keeps me afloat, in tough times and good, and this is thanks to you! Please notice the new hourly rate - I have been over-sparkling for each appointment excessively, and have realized that my time is the best indicator of my service, rather than dismissing how many "freebies" I'm gifting, which can sometimes be as much as double, as I often get carried away by my own glee over the prettiness of them! ✨✨✨
This new rate is my second rate change ever, and the first in five years. It will help so much with catching up in terms of all the costs that have gone up, and for continuing to support the cozy, beautiful space I am so fortunate to be able to rent at the heavenly Overlook House.
My foot is healing nicely but I might be a little slow on the stairs this month, thanks so much for your patience as we step gently into this new year together. Let's hope it's a sparkly one! 🎉✨🎆

Sorry for the delay this month, I got boosted yesterday and crashed. I think I'll be okay for sparkling tomorrow so I have just a couple appts available this Thursday, more on Friday, and so on. More to come on Nov 15th for the rest of the month! 🍂

Update for the future: In January 2023, I plan to shift to a higher hourly rate, with a range of sparkles offered for each appt. As always, I offer several free strands with your service, since there is always some fall-out. I will put this in the description for appt bookings so everyone knows what to expect, and will communicate this as much as possible beforehand.
This is my first rate change in 5 years, and so many of my expenses have gone up dramatically since pandemic, such as the sparkle studio, which I am so grateful to have! To try to get back to my pre-pandemic income, this needs to happen. 🙏

I've been a bit overwhelmed with texts and emails lately, but I really do want to help reach everyone I can, I apologize for oversights. Hope your December is a gentle one so far. Today I got an MRI on my troublesome shoulder, and we got keys to a different apartment, so this week is hectic and stressful for this sparkle faery. My availability is more limited than usual this month - I may add more toward the end of the month if the move to the apartment goes smoothly.
