Proof of vaccination is still required for adults who are able to be vaccinated, for in-person sparkles with me. Kiddos under 16 and anyone with a medical exception are welcome regardless of vaccine status! I will keep an eye on the numbers and lift that restriction when I feel safe to do so. This is an extra safety measure in addition to all of the covid protocols I follow that are required for hair services in Oregon, to protect my at-risk and younger clients who can't get vaccinated, and everyone else.
