Sera works with local cafes, galleries, and events, in the Portland, Oregon area, and travels around wherever needed. We are looking for a new salon to partner with. House calls available too!
$40 minimum to meet one on one or for house calls. Bring a friend and you can split it! (Additional driving fee for distances greater than 10 miles.)
