July 2021 Fairy Hair Sparkles in Portland 🌞🌈✨

Good morning! I had hoped to open up the first week of July Faery Hair Sparkle appointments yesterday, but Thursday July 1 is the only date that will be available that first week, due to sparkle parties and such!
