Healing has gone well, I'm back to winging it 🧚‍♀️ ;)  and working full days again with very little discomfort. Thank you so much for all of the well wishes, it is so helpful and heartwarming, I cried happy tears at all of the emails and notes, it meant so much to me while I was recovering. I have healed so much faster than I expected and I suspect all of your sparkly positive vibes are a big part of why! I feel so lucky to have such wonderful people rooting for me, and supporting me, and coming to me for sparkles, you are amazing! Thank you for keeping me going. 🌟❄️✨

Wings will stay hidden for another week or two as my incision heals after surgery. Pathology results are clear, all concerning cells removed, there was no carcinoma. Results came the day after Xmas, quite the present! 🌟🎄🧚‍♀️

fairy hair sparkles update from sera faery ✨✨✨

 Hi sparkly ones, thanks so much for your patience with the radio silence over the past few days.

I have a surgical procedure on Friday, 12/19/25 that will keep me from sparkling for a couple weeks. 

Appointments will re-open and be posted here by January 1st, an email will be sent as well!

I contemplated postponing surgery, but have decided to go ahead, as this seems like the safest option for my health.

Sparkling over the holidays is my absolute favorite and I am so sad to miss it! But I will be back and sparkling up a storm in January ✨✨✨

I will post here, on facebook/instagram, and to the email list once I'm ready to get back to it. If you're not on the email list and want to be, drop me a note asking to be added at serafaery@yahoo.com - it's a manually managed list I only use for faery hair appointments, 2x per month on average. You can ask to be removed anytime.

It makes me feel better to have sparkles for this procedure. The care providers notice and it gives us something gentle and joyful to discuss during our small talk between challenging moments. All jewelry and clothing gets taken but I will still be sparkly. It helps! 🧚‍♀️
